- Designed and shipped payment and reservation features across a charging orchestration service, coordinating several services over REST APIs through the full payment lifecycle.

Software Developer, Robotics & AI
Jan 2021 — Dec 2023Go gateway and C++ limb driver for a humanoid robot.
- Moved Genesis, the robot's software platform, from a monolith to a dockerized mono-repo with CI/CD.
- Built Gaia, its Go gateway and middleware service — gRPC, GraphQL and Protocol Buffers behind NGINX and Envoy — centralising authentication and orchestrating every Genesis service.
- Wrote ApexDrive, a C++ service acting as the centralised limb driver for a humanoid robot, responsible for smooth motion across the hardware stack.
- Extended the facial-recognition perception pipeline, and integrated LLM APIs with speech-to-text and text-to-speech to give the robot a conversational mode.

Software Developer (Systems)
Jul 2018 — Dec 2020Telecom signalling protocol work in C++.
- Built SIGTRAN SCCP layer features inside the Virtual Signaling Transfer Protocol (vSTP), improving end-to-end signalling reliability on 3G networks.
- Implemented packet segmentation so large payloads could cross the network intact, and designed a firewall management process that admitted only provisioned connections.
- Automated test-suite generation and end-to-end packet-transfer simulation in Python, raising coverage and release confidence.
- Started here as an intern (Aug 2017 — Jun 2018) on point-of-sale software for retail and warehouse use.

How I got here
I learned to build agents by building them badly first, in the open. These are the steps, not the destination.
- mini-perplexity → MINION ↗Started as a single research loop over three tools. Grew into a multi-tool agent with native tool use, an MCP server and a dashboard. The commit history is the lesson.
- EAG V3 — Extensive AI for AgentsThe School of AI, 2026. Agent runtimes, live-graph memory, budget-aware planning, OpenTelemetry tracing for agents, and honest evaluation harnesses.
Next, not now
- An eval harness with a rubric judge and a CI gate
- OpenTelemetry GenAI tracing across an agent run
